Refund policy
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be returned within 28 days for exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including tags attached and the original packaging. If goods are not returned in the original condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including Gift Cards. For clarity, product descriptions will include the line: "Non-returnable product". We do not accept the return of: gum shields / mouthguards (when packaging has been opened or tampered with); some health and personal care items, including supports, insoles, sports tape and gels; or underwear, hosiery and other intimates, so please be sure of sizing before purchase. For more detailed info on sizing and/or dimensions, just send us a message using the contact form.
BEFORE returning items please request a Returns Authorisation Number using the contact form. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the cost of the item will be refunded in full, however we will not refund the original cost of delivery or return postage costs. Your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If it's been 21 days and you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company and/or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please message us with your order number and date of return using the contact form.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded, unless faulty (where the fault was not indicated in the original sales description).
EXCHANGES
Clothing and shoes can be exchanged for different sizes (if in stock) but please be aware that you are liable for both the original and return shipping costs. We try to be as accurate in our descriptions as possible but if you are unsure of sizing, just use the contact form for more details before you make your purchase.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail it to: Ubersports, 45 High Street, Cranbrook, TN17 3EE, UK (after receiving a Returns Authorisation Number).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (where applicable) will be deducted from your refund, unless the item was faulty or sent in error. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued at over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You remain liable for the cost of the item until we have received it back in store.
FAULTY GOODS
Problems with faulty items are thankfully rare. If a product doesn't come up to expectations due to a manufacturing fault or similar, please get in touch using the contact form to get a Faulty Return Authorisation Number. Faulty items returned to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the faulty item we will inspect it and if the claim is agreed you will receive either a replacement or a refund of the full purchase price of the item. There may be occasions when an item will need to be sent back to the manufacturer for analysis before a return can be approved. You will be advised of this on receipt of the item.
