Q: I can't log on to my account on the website.
A: If you're having trouble with login on our website, try to remove your browser cookies. Resetting your password sometimes sorts the problem out. If that doesn't work, please send us a message using our contact form and we'll do our best to fix it for you.

Q: I recently placed an order and paid for it but haven't received my product(s) yet.
A: It's possible that an item you ordered is now out of stock and we are sourcing it from our suppliers for you. We normally notify you by email if this happens so please check your spam folder or use our contact form to request an update on the status of your order. 

Q: Something went wrong with my payment. What should I do?
A: Use our contact form to send us your contact details, along with the day and time you placed the order and we'll get back to you with an alternative payment route, if applicable.

Q: A product I want to order doesn't seem to have my size in stock.
A: Feel free to use our contact form to tell us what you're looking for so we can check the product's availability or suggest an alternative.

Q: How do I return a product that doesn't fit or is damaged?
